This half day course will take you through the basic steps and process of making delicious elderflower cordial at home. Gather bundles of creamy white elderflowers and transform them into sublimely refreshing elderflower cordial.

This course will introduce you to summer pruning apple and plum trees and cover basic techniques and methods to start you pruning at home over a half day session. Summer pruning should take place from the end of July so this course date gives you the chance to learn some skills before its time to prune your own trees.
